Gaurav remembers a moment from his work on Dr. Arora when another actor noticed something in his performance. His character was morally difficult, yet the other actor had seen innocence and love expressed through his eyes.

In Gaurav’s account, that recognition mattered because something he had wanted to convey had reached another person. He remembers sleeping well that night. The satisfaction was specific to the work, to a feeling surviving the act of performance and becoming legible to someone watching.
